Funny EFT For Fun
Joke books plus EFT can be a life changing combination
A great way to brighten up your life is to use EFT while reading funny joke books out loud. Simply choose any of the EFT points to tap, and while tapping, read a joke. This can have amazing effects. As well as changing your mood for the better, if you practise it daily, it can have beautiful, long term results. It is all a lot of fun.
Gary Craig on humor
Gary Craig has often emphasized the importance of humor in the practice of EFT when delivering EFT to others. Funny EFT is about using EFT with jokes on yourself to lighten up your own life.
Change your life for the better permanently?
What theme is your life like? Is it a Drama? Adventure? Romance? Horror? Science Fiction? Fantasy? Mystery? Spiritual? Comedy? A combination of these perhaps? Well Funny EFT is about making your theme more comedic, making your life more lighthearted, fun, joyful and filled with more humor and celebration, joie de vivre.
Some joke books are better than others
I have read dozens of joke books. Some joke books contain lots of silly or stupid jokes, or adult jokes, and I don’t recommend them. But by far the funniest joke books I have read are the Kochie’s series. They contain lots of really funny jokes and they have given me more laughs per book than any other joke book.
Laughter better than Valium for depression?
Dr. Deepak Chopra says that if you get stressed or depressed you need an antidepressant or Valium, but if you can’t afford Valium then laugh and be happy, because when you are happy your body can produce the equivalent of $100 worth of Valium per day.
Laughter best medicine
Funny EFT or Laughter EFT is like Laughter Yoga. Some people believe that laughter has a healing effect and say that laughter is the best medicine. Laughter Yoga, as practised by Dr. Madan Kataria, is a therapy that can best be described as a complete wellbeing workout and daily exercise routine combining unconditional laughter. What better way to improve on this method than by laughing while using EFT?
How to do Funny EFT Method 1
One way to do funny EFT is to simply tap on an EFT point while reading a joke. When you finish laughing, move on to the next point and the next joke. When you run out of points to tap, you can either immediately do another round of tapping points and jokes, or, wait until another occasion to repeat. I suggest you try this daily for 4 weeks and see how much your life improves. If you discover that your life is indeed better, then you might like to make it a part of your daily routine.
How to do Funny EFT Method 2
Another way to do funny EFT is to read a joke book until you begin to laugh and then start tapping until you finish laughing. You can either tap just one point or tap a point about 5 times before moving on to the next point, and see how many points you can get through before you stop laughing. This method is useful when the joke books aren’t so rich in funny jokes.
How to do Funny EFT Method 3 (not recommended)
Yet another way to do funny EFT is to continuously read jokes while tapping on each point about 5 times before moving on to the next point, and then continue to do rounds of point tapping. I find this takes too much effort to coordinate and so I don’t recommend it.
Funny joke book suggestions
I have put some joke book suggestions below for your benefit. They have heaps of funny stuff in them, really funny jokes, some are short jokes, and some are long jokes that I like best. (I hope you are not blonde, or, if you are, you can laugh at blonde jokes). Some of the jokes are amongst the funniest I have read, simply hilarious. They are mostly clean jokes. If you click on the pictures of the books, then you will be taken to an online bookshop, and you will be able to purchase them at a very reasonable rate. As I said above, my experience is that most joke books have a low density of jokes that actually make me laugh out loud, so it is the 3 books listed below that I most recommend. However, if you have some favorite joke books that give you high density laughter, then drop me an email, and I will have a read, and if I find them as funny as Kochie’s books, I will be delighted to include them below.

This is why they say laughter can be good for the soul.
If laughter is good for the soul, why are most religious people so serious?
