EFT For Pure Bliss

This article gives you a step by step instruction on how to use EFT to move towards becoming pure bliss. Using this technique, you can implant the belief that you are already pure bliss and delete the opposing beliefs that say that you are not. This technique is useful for people who want to purify the mind as part of their self development and spiritual awakening.

EFT Setups For Developing Pure Bliss

Pure blissTransform your beliefs about being pure bliss by using EFT on the following setups. I begin by getting SUDS and/or a muscle tested figures for “I am pure bliss” and for “I am not pure bliss“. Then, after clearing all of these EFT setups, I re-check SUDS and the muscle tested figures. If the figure for the negative statement is more than zero out of ten, or more than zero out of one hundred, then that tells me there is more to be done and I would try some other EFT procedure. Nevertheless, I find the following setups usually get the whole job done and sometimes with a better result than standard EFT alone.

How To Do EFT For Pure Bliss

Each of the below statements represents a belief. If the statement is negative and more than 0% true then create an EFT setup to reduce the figure to 0%. If the statement is positive and less than 100% true then create an EFT setup to raise the figure to 100%. I use muscle testing to determine the figure.

Again, start with getting the SUDS or muscle check to find out how true is the belief “I am pure bliss” and for “I am not pure bliss“, and then do EFT on the following list. When the list is completed, check “I am pure bliss” and for “I am not pure bliss“again.

EFT for pure blissThe first step is to implant the belief “I am pure bliss“. You do this by exclaiming out loud and with strong conviction “I am pure bliss“. After each exclamation, do a round of tapping. I usually find that the point under the nose needs a lot of tapping in each round. Use the muscle check to establish if the belief has been strongly implanted. It doesn’t need to be at 100% at this stage. Getting rid of opposing beliefs will move the figure towards 100%.

Step 2 Of 5

The next step is to remove opposing beliefs by doing EFT on the following setups:

  1. I want to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  2. I want to keep the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  3. I am willing to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  4. I am not willing to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  5. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  6. I am unwilling to do whatever it takes to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  7. It’s safe for me to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  8. It’s not safe for me to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  9. It’s safe for others for me to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  10. It’s not safe for others for me to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  11. I deserve to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  12. I don’t deserve to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  13. It’s possible for me to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  14. It’s impossible for me to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  15. I give myself permission to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  16. I don’t give myself permission to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  17. I am afraid to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  18. I am not afraid to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  19. I am afraid that I’ll lose at least part of my identity if I get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  20. I am not afraid that I’ll lose at least part of my identity if I get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.

  28. It won’t be good for me to get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.

  31. I’ll enjoy getting rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.

  47. I am more powerful than all that would prevent me from getting rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  48. There is at least one other problem which must be treated before I can get rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  49. There’s at least one more problem that will prevent me from getting rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.
  50. There is no problem whatsoever, under any conditions whatsoever, that prevents me in any way, shape or form from getting rid of the belief that I am not pure bliss.

The next step is to remove opposing beliefs by doing EFT on the following setups:

  1. I want to be pure bliss.
  2. I don’t want to be pure bliss.
  3. I am willing to be pure bliss.
  4. I am not willing to be pure bliss.
  5. I am willing to do whatever it takes to be pure bliss.
  6. I am unwilling to do whatever it takes to be pure bliss.
  7. It’s safe for me to be pure bliss.
  8. It’s not safe for me to be pure bliss.
  9. It’s safe for others for me to be pure bliss.
  10. It’s not safe for others for me to be pure bliss.
  11. I deserve to be pure bliss.
  12. I don’t deserve to be pure bliss.
  13. It’s possible for me to be pure bliss.
  14. It’s impossible for me to be pure bliss.

Step 4 Of 5

Check again how true is the belief “I am pure bliss” and how untrue “I am not pure bliss“. If the figures are less than 100% or more than 0% respectively, then more needs to be done.

Step 5 Of 5

Re-check daily if necessary until you are convinced that the beliefs have held. Daily reaffirming “I am pure bliss” may be needed for a few weeks. Sometimes old triggers can affect newly established beliefs. If this happens then repeat the above 5 steps.
