EFT For Being Heart Centred

by Wal on April 16, 2015

This article is designed to assist you in your spiritual awakening by helping you to become more heart centred (as opposed to head centred). Most of the people reading this article live in the Western World which encourages head centredness or centredness in the mind. In order to achieve Heart Centred Limitless Enlightenment, you need to stop residing in the mind and, instead, reside in the heart centre.

More articles in this EFT For Spiritual Awakening series may be found here.

Heart Centred Spiritual Awakening

Being Heart CentredSpiritual Awakening can be said to be of two types. One type is Crown Centred Awakening. The other type is Heart Centred Awakening. This site is focused upon Heart Centred Awakening, Heart Centred Limitless Enlightenment.

When you move along the path of Heart Centred Awakening, you may notice sensations on the right side of the chest, in the vicinity of the fourth or fifth ribs, about four centimetres (or one and a half inches) from the centre of the chest. This is the Heart Centre. This is not the Heart Chakra, which is usually located on the left side of the chest. To the psychic sight, a developed Heart Centre looks like a flower, rather than the wheel-like appearance of a chakra. Indian psychics describe this Heart Flower as resembling a Lotus Flower.

You can speed up the self realisation process by residing in the Heart Centre. To reside in the Heart Centre means to stop residing in the head.

EFT Setups For Becoming More Heart Centred

Transform your beliefs about being heart centred by using EFT on the following setups. I begin by getting SUDS and/or a muscle tested figures for “I am heart centred” and for “I am not heart centred“. Then, after clearing all of these EFT setups, I re-check SUDS and the muscle tested figures. If the figure for the negative statement is more than zero out of ten, or more than zero out of one hundred, then that tells me there is more to be done and I would try some other EFT procedure. Nevertheless, I find the following setups usually get the whole job done and sometimes with a better result than standard EFT alone.

How To Do EFT For Being Heart Centred

EFT for being heart centredEach of the below statements represents a belief. If the statement is negative and more than 0% true then create an EFT setup to reduce the figure to 0%. If the statement is positive and less than 100% true then create an EFT setup to raise the figure to 100%. I use muscle testing to determine the figure.
For more information about how to create an EFT setup, see the instructions that appear upon the EFT Tapping Chart here.
For information about how to do muscle testing, click here.

Again, start with getting the SUDS or muscle check to find out how true is the belief “I am heart centred” and for “I am not heart centred“, and then do EFT on the following list. When the list is completed, check “I am heart centred ” and for “I am not heart centred“again.

Step 1 Of 11

The first step is to implant the belief “I am heart centred“. You do this by exclaiming out loud and with strong conviction “I am heart centred“. After each exclamation, do a round of tapping. I usually find that the point under the nose needs a lot of tapping in each round. Use the muscle check to establish if the belief has been strongly implanted. It doesn’t need to be at 100% at this stage. Getting rid of opposing beliefs will move the figure towards 100%.

Step 2 Of 11

The next step is to remove opposing beliefs by doing EFT on the following setups:

  1. I want to always be heart centred.
  2. I don’t want to always be heart centred.
  3. I am willing to always be heart centred.
  4. I am not willing to always be heart centred.
  5. I am willing to do whatever it takes to always be heart centred.

Step 3 Of 11

Check again how true is the belief “I am heart centred” and how untrue “I am not heart centred“.

 Step 4 Of 11

Re-check daily if necessary until you are convinced that the beliefs have held. Daily reaffirming “I am heart centred” may be needed for a few weeks. Sometimes old triggers can affect newly established beliefs. If this happens then repeat the above 5 steps.

  51. There’s at least one more problem that will prevent me from being resident in the heart.
  52. There is no problem whatsoever, under any conditions whatsoever, that prevents me in any way, shape or form from being resident in the heart.

Step 10 Of 11

Check again how true is the belief “I am not resident in the heart” and how untrue “I am resident in the heart“. If the first statement is more than 0% true or the second statement is less than 100% true then more EFT is required.

Step 11 of 11

For about twenty minutes a day, put all your attention on the heart centre and breathe in to “I” and breathe out to “AM“. The heart centre is located in the vicinity of the fourth or fifth rib, about four centimetres (one and a half inches) from the midline of the chest. As an aid to doing this you can imagine yourself being very small and sitting in a cave located at this point and as you (and this small you) breathe in, you say “I” and as you breathe out you say “AM“. This meditation is similar to the ones used by Nisargadatta to achieve enlightenment.
